Post 16 Students undertaking the EPQ -Extended Project Qualification, recently received a tour and induction to Plymouth University Library.
The students have to undertake massive amounts of personal research for their individual topics, and to a graduate level. They had an afternoon to explore the wealth of information available at the Library, and collect information for their projects – with each student choosing a topic personal to them. We have; the designs of a new trainer, mental health research and biodiversity in Scotland. Students now have the freedom to visit the university during their non-contacts – to expand their knowledge and research.
A big ‘thank you’ to Miss Wedd, the EPQ Co-ordinator, and her Tutors; Mrs Koehler Lewis and Mrs Cooper.
